Andrew J. Ingber is an associate attorney with Haber Law, where he focuses his practice on construction litigation. He represents developers, contractors, owners, and community associations in both state and federal court.
Mr. Ingber graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he frequently appeared on the Dean’s List. During law school, he served as Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, competed in national negotiation competitions, and was a member of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. He also gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Alicia O. Valle in the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining Haber Law, he represented both businesses and individuals in complex business litigation, real estate litigation, municipal litigation, premises liability, and pharmacy negligence matters. He is admitted to practice in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
In his free time, Mr. Ingber enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and tennis, and rooting for his favorite sports teams: the New York Giants, Florida Gators, and Miami Heat.
