Attorney Frank Soto is Promoted to Partner

MIAMI (July 11, 2015) - The Miami-based law firm of Haber Law, P.A. is pleased to announce that senior associate attorney Franchesco (Frank) Soto has been promoted to partner.

Soto has been a senior associate with the firm since 2012. Soto concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate and construction litigation, including the representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations in large Chapter 558 Lawsuits. He has experience litigating cases in state and federal court and arbitration proceedings.

Soto also served as a Miami-Dade County assistant state attorney from 2002-2004.

Soto earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 2002 and his undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 1998 and is a native South Floridian.
