Christopher M. Utrera, a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer, is experienced in handling a wide variety of matters in the areas of construction law, commercial and business litigation, and complex tort litigation. As a specialist in construction law, his experience includes complex construction defect claims, contract drafting and negotiation, issues surrounding payment, delay claims, insurance and bond claims, and most other aspects of construction law. Mr. Utrera’s clients include owners, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, insurers, sureties, and other professionals associated with the construction industry. He also litigates complex tort and commercial matters stemming from professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate disputes and contract disputes.
Throughout his career, Christopher M. Utrera has also handled various aspects of specialized commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, title review, acquisition and sale, and the transferring of mortgage loans.
