Since its founding, Cold-Link has grown into a top-ten privately held operator in the sector, currently managing state-of-the-art facilities across the U.S.
Haber Law has served as long-standing counsel to Cold-Link since its inception, guiding the platform through its national expansion, multi-state facility developments, and complex financings.
In this transaction, Haber Law worked alongside Greenberg Traurig, who acted as lead legal counsel to Cold-Link. Haber Law leveraged its deep historical knowledge of the portfolio to support the successful closing of this institutional partnership.
