Haber Law Construction Law Attorney Achieves Florida Bar Board Certification

Kara Olesky’s Florida Bar recognition marks a significant milestone in her legal career

MIAMI — Aug. 1, 2025 — Haber Law is proud to announce that partner Kara Olesky has earned Florida Bar Board Certification in Construction Law, placing her among a distinguished group of attorneys recognized for their dedication, expertise, and professionalism.

Board certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar, identifying lawyers with proven experience, specialized knowledge, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. Established in 1982 by the Florida Supreme Court, the certification program helps consumers identify legal experts in specific practice areas.

Fewer than 7 percent of eligible Florida Bar members have achieved board certification in one or more of the 27 specialty areas.

“This distinction reflects Kara’s commitment to excellence and her strong command of construction law,” said David B. Haber, Managing and Founding Partner of Haber Law. “We’re grateful to have her on our team.”

“I’m proud to have earned board certification in a field as complex and dynamic as construction law,” said Olesky. “Board certification is a rigorous process and reflects my passion and dedication to guiding our clients through challenging projects and disputes.”
