Haber Law Sees Continued Internal Growth of Firm in 2023

MIAMI, Mar, 07, 2023 – Haber Law, a renowned Miami boutique law firm, has seen significant internal growth to kick off the new year, with various notable promotions. The Firm is pleased to announce the promotion of Frank Soto to Senior Partner, Jacob Epstein to Partner, and Annie Schneider to Senior Associate.

“I am thrilled to watch the development of our brilliant team unfold at Haber Law,” said David B. Haber, Managing and Founding Shareholder. “As one of the premier law firms in South Florida, I look forward to seeing our continued growth throughout the year.”

Soto is the Chair of the Construction Law Group, handling matters involving Chapter 558 construction litigation for high rise luxury condominiums post-turnover, construction disputes between and amongst owners, general contractors and subcontractors, and other types of construction disputes.

“After being a part of Haber Law for over 10 years, and going from Associate to Partner, to head of the Construction Law Department, I am honored to now be named a Senior Partner and take a more active role in the future growth of the Firm,” said Frank Soto. “My ultimate focus is to effectively manage and expand the Construction Department, utilizing our expertise, hard work, and commitment to our unique Firm culture that promotes and supports the well-being of our employees. “

Epstein joined Haber Law as a Law Clerk in 2014, and has worked for Haber Law his entire legal career, focusing on construction law.  “It is a tribute to the Firm’s culture that Haber Law promotes from within, has a great retention rate, and focuses on developing talented lawyers.  I have not only learned how to practice law, but I have been shown how to originate business, and mentor other attorneys. I am a member of the Firm’s Technology Committee and have influence in how we will navigate the latest technology and software in the legal field, which will help us to continue practicing law at the highest level.”

Schneider’s practice focuses on litigation matters including business fraud, contractual disputes for various individuals and corporate entities, complex commercial cases, partnership disputes, and probate litigation matters. “I feel blessed to have received mentorship from experienced trial attorneys at Haber Law, such as Steve Davis, Roger Slade and Jessica Kopas, who have taught me so much in my time at the Firm.  Under their leadership and guidance, I have participated in a jury trial and many evidentiary hearings in complex commercial litigation matters. I have learned more in my two years at Haber Law than in the rest of my legal career combined. In addition to the brilliant legal work being performed at the Firm, the camaraderie and firm culture at Haber Law is truly one of a kind.”
