Jennifer is a highly experienced paralegal in the Commercial Litigation Practice at Haber Law. Her experience includes complex business litigation in state and federal court and at the trial and appellate levels.
Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2019. While in law school, Jennifer was Staff Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, served as President of the Federal Bar Association, The Hon. Peter R. Palermo Student Division, recipient of the 2019 Pro-Bono Commendation Award for 200+ hours of legal & community-based pro bono work, and her law review article, U.S. Patent Litigation Juries and a Solution for Improving Jury Comprehension, was published on the nation’s leading patent law blog, Patently-O.
During law school, Jennifer was a judicial intern for the Honorable Beth Bloom, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office Criminal Division, and a legal intern for the United States Security and Exchange Commission.
Jennifer uses her extensive legal experience to assist attorneys in complex commercial litigation cases in both Federal and State Court, trial preparation, legal writing and research, and strong knowledge of the Federal and Florida Rules of Procedure. Jennifer works closely with attorneys and clients in all phases of a case.
Jennifer is a native Floridian and proudly raises her family here. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors in the South Florida sunshine.
