Melissa Groisman concentrates her practice on real estate law, corporate law, and community association representation.
Ms. Groisman represents real estate developers, investors, lenders, and landlords in connection with residential and commercial real estate-related transactions, including multifamily, office buildings, warehouse facilities, and shopping centers. Ms. Groisman handles all aspects of real estate and loan closings, including title review, issuance of title insurance policies for owners and lenders, and closing agent services. She also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions.
In representing condominium and homeowner associations, Ms. Groisman counsels her clients on all aspects of community association matters, including rule enforcement, elections, interpretation and amendments to governing documents, special assessments and loans, resident disputes, and special projects.
