Partners David B. Haber and Frank Soto Are Included in the 2019 Edition of the Best Lawyers In America®

Haber has successfully litigated multiple complex commercial disputes throughout South Florida, including many multi-million dollar construction cases, complex federal and state court business litigation, and commercial disputes and collection matters. Haber’s practice includes real estate disputes, corporate or joint venture disputes, commercial aviation matters, condominium and homeowners association law, contract and business tort litigation.

Haber also does general representation legal work for public and private companies, including the negotiations of various types of business contracts, commercial leases, and employment agreements. A veteran attorney of more than 34 years, Haber maintains an “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating given to practicing attorneys.

Soto has been with the firm since 2012, and has concentrated his practice in the areas of construction defect litigation, commercial litigation and real estate litigation, including the representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations in large Chapter 558 Lawsuits.

Soto has extensive courtroom experience in both State and Federal Court, arbitrations and the use of mediation to resolve complex disputes. Soto has also dedicated himself to community service, serving as the Board President for the Miami Dance Project, focused on serving children with autism in our community.
