Priscila Eloy is an associate in Haber Law’s Condominium Department, where she provides general representation to condominium and homeowners’ associations. Her practice includes advising boards on governance, compliance, and operational matters, as well as assisting with contract review, dispute resolution, and enforcement of governing documents.
Priscila brings a strong litigation background and a global perspective to her work. Prior to joining Haber Law, she managed complex litigation for a major insurance company and advised corporate clients on regulatory and immigration issues. She also served as a judicial law clerk in Brazil, drafting opinions in employment and labor law cases.
Priscila earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated as Salutatorian. She also holds an LL.M. from FIU and a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Bahia in Brazil. She is admitted to practice in Florida and Brazil and is fluent in English and Portuguese.
