continued growth and exceptional service across South Florida

MIAMI, Fla. – May 14, 2025 Haber Law today announced that partners Dan Levin, Esq., and Jacob Epstein, Esq., will serve as the Firm’s new Construction Law practice Co-Chairs effective May 30, 2025. Both attorneys are Board Certified in Construction Law and bring extensive experience and proven leadership to their new roles.

Levin is based in the Firm’s Palm Beach Gardens office, while Epstein operates in the Wynwood office. Together, they will lead the practice’s continued commitment to client service, legal innovation, and growth across South Florida.

Collectively, Levin and Epstein have experience representing Condominium and Homeowners Associations, commercial and residential owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, sureties, and materials suppliers in construction defect, contract, bond, and lien enforcement claims across Florida and in Federal Courts, arbitration, and mediation. In addition, Levin and Epstein have experience representing professionals and owners before and during active construction projects, from initial contract preparation and negotiation to dealing with delay claims, payment disputes, and building code violations.

“We are excited to welcome Dan and Jacob into their new leadership roles. Both are exceptional attorneys with deep knowledge of construction law and a clear vision for the future of the department. We are especially proud that Jacob has been with the Firm since he started as a law clerk, became an associate, and then a partner, developing and growing with us from the onset of his legal career,” said David Haber, Managing and Founding Partner of Haber Law.

Levin and Epstein have each built careers, representing clients in general commercial and civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction law and real estate law. Their dual-office presence enhances the practice’s regional reach and positions the Firm to better serve clients across the state.

“Our focus has always been on delivering value, strategy, and trusted advocacy to our clients,” said Dan Levin. “I look forward to this next chapter of leadership with Jacob.”

“Dan and I are honored to lead the team together,” added Jacob Epstein. “We share a passion for construction law and are dedicated to continuing and expanding the practice’s tradition of excellence.”
