Judge rules man pointing rifle in Miami Beach cannot return to condo after attorney files motion accusing him of erratic behavior-WSVN

Annie Schneider spoke to WSVN about the emergency motion to ban Kelvin Veras from a South Beach condo after he was seen pointing a rifle from a balcony. A judge ruled Veras wouldn’t be allowed to return to the condominium after lawyers described his behavior as dangerous.
