Haber Law, along with local Mississippi counsel Butler Snow, represented Mandich Group and Cold Link Logistics in the transaction of a $80 million project, which will be a brand new 200,000 cold storage facility in Jones County, Mississippi. We worked on the negotiation of a joint venture with trucking and logistics partner, Whitestone Transportation, and the negotiation of AIA design-build agreements between the client and Tippman Group to design and construct the project. Haber Law with local counsel, also handled the site acquisition and development agreements.

We helped the client acquire the land, secure the equity and debt (loan) for the project, negotiate the construction loan documents, negotiate the design-build AIA construction documents, and related development agreements for this project. This demonstrates the strength and cross-discipline skills of our real estate team. Haber Law led the legal team that involved local Mississippi counsel, Delaware corporate counsel, and special tax counsel.
