Matthew Holtz is an associate at Haber Law and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Transactional Department. Mr. Holtz has represented sellers and buyers of real estate from negotiation of contract through closing. He has represented numerous financial institutions in construction and permanent financing across multiple assets classes including multifamily, office and industrial projects. He has represented borrowers in institutional, CMBS and Fannie Mae transactions of significant size. He has handled all aspects of due diligence including title review. Mr. Holtz also represents both landlords and tenants with the negotiation of their commercial and residential leases.

Mr. Holtz is a Miami Beach native with deep ties to the South Florida community and dedicates significant time to raise funds for the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation and Holtz Children’s Hospital at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center.  He played golf at the collegiate level and brings the same level of tenacity and focus when representing his clients.
