For more than seven years, Mr. Holzknecht has represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including condominium and homeowners association litigation, employment matters, defamation claims, breach of contract, and commercial contractual disputes.

Drawing on his diverse litigation background, Mr. Holzknecht has defended insurance companies, individuals, businesses, and community associations in both state and federal court. He also has experience bringing lawsuits on behalf of his clients. Mr. Holzknecht has managed all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and discovery through dispositive motion practice and trial preparation. Mr. Holzknecht’s practice emphasizes strategic risk management and efficient resolution of disputes, with a focus on advancing his clients’ best interests.

Mr. Holzknecht earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Holzknecht is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is an active member of the South Florida legal community.

In his free time, Mr. Holzknecht prioritizes spending time with his wife, Cindy, and two sons, traveling, concerts, golf, and coaching his son’s t-ball team.
