Andrew Elliott is Of Counsel with Haber Law, focusing on community association law and collections. He has represented condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations throughout South Florida since 2010 and has practiced law for nearly 25 years. Mr. Elliott understands the importance of communication and collaboration with the board of directors and property managers to identify, understand, and achieve an association’s goals.

Before gaining his extensive experience in community association law, Mr. Elliott practiced real estate law, representing developers from the purchase of land to the sale of individual lots and units, including the creation of community associations and the drafting of governing documents.

Mr. Elliott started his legal career and gained substantial courtroom experience as an Assistant State Attorney in the misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony divisions of the State Attorney’s Office for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he appeared in court daily and tried dozens of jury trials.

While in law school, he was elected to and served as chair of the Law School Honor Committee and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society.
