Austen Weinberg is an associate attorney in the Real Estate Department at Haber Law. Before joining Haber Law, Mr. Weinberg gained experience negotiating and drafting commercial real estate leases and purchase agreements, as well as advising clients on corporate governance and structuring.

Mr. Weinberg graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the University of Miami Business Law Review and received Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Awards in Transactional Drafting and Banking Law. Prior to law school, he attended Florida State University, where he graduated cum laude with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Real Estate and Finance.
