Deesha Smart is an associate attorney who concentrates her practice in the areas of complex business and condominium litigation.

Ms. Smart received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at the University of Miami, she was the Executive Vice President of the Charles C. Papy Moot Court Board and was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review. Through her academic performance, Ms. Smart also earned membership in the honorary organizations: Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers.
