Important Clarification on Association Website Requirements

Regarding slide #27 in the presentation, please note that our reference to bank statements, general ledgers, and itemized accounting records was meant with respect to their status as official records of the association and not with respect to whether they must be posted online by the association. To clarify, Florida law does not currently require condominium associations to post these particular financial records on the association’s website or portal.
