Giselle Gonzalez Manseur is a partner at Haber Law in the firm’s Litigation Group. Giselle is a commercial litigator with nearly 20 years of litigation experience representing clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on a wide range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and products liability. Giselle has represented small business owners, publicly-traded companies, developers, and homeowners throughout all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals. She has also represented financial institutions and lenders in diverse matters involving creditor’s rights, mortgage foreclosures and bankruptcy issues.

Giselle earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of law. While in law school, she served as a teaching assistant in several courses including Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy. She also volunteered at a local legal aid organization, advising indigent clients on foreclosure proceedings and consumer protection laws. Giselle is a Double Gator, having also earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, in Economics, from the University of Florida. A proud Miami native, she is fluent in Spanish.
