MIAMI, July 1, 2026 – Haber Law today announced that Dan Levin has been named an Equity Partner in recognition of his leadership, contributions to the Firm’s continued growth, and commitment to delivering exceptional legal service across South Florida.
Since joining Haber Law in May 2024 to establish and lead its Palm Beach Gardens office, Levin has played a key role in the Firm’s expansion into Palm Beach County. In 2025, he was appointed Co-Chair of Haber Law’s Construction Law Practice and is a driving force in several of the Firm’s most high-profile construction litigation matters, including Aston Martin Residences and Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences.
As a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Construction Law, a Super Lawyers top-rated attorney in construction law, and Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent-rated attorney, Levin focuses his practice on construction litigation, construction contracts, and complex commercial disputes. Levin represents Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations, Commercial and Residential owners, real estate developers, contractors, and design professionals, in a variety of matters involving construction defects and contract disputes throughout Florida.
