Hilary Schein



Hilary Schein is an associate attorney at Haber Law and is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Ms. Schein’s practice focuses on complex business disputes, contractual disputes involving various individuals and corporate entities, partnership disputes, construction-related disputes, and condominium association disputes.  Prior to joining Haber Law, Ms. Schein was an associate at a boutique firm in Miami, where she gained extensive experience in both civil litigation and transactional matters.

Ms. Schein obtained her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown Law, Ms. Schein served as a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Environmental Law Review, as well as a member of the Georgetown Street Law Program.  Ms. Schein obtained her undergraduate degree from Barnard College of Columbia University.
