Jennifer Carbajal is the Construction E-Discovery Paralegal Manager at Haber Law, with more than 20 years of litigation and e-discovery experience in both plaintiff and defense-oriented matters. Her practice focuses on complex construction litigation, construction contracting matters, commercial and business disputes, and other sophisticated civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.

In her management role, Jennifer oversees the firm’s construction litigation paralegal and e-discovery operations, including the development and implementation of workflows, training initiatives, quality-control procedures, and best practices for case management and electronic discovery. She mentors and trains paralegals, works closely with attorneys on case strategy and discovery planning, and assists in managing large-scale document reviews, productions, and litigation support projects. Jennifer is actively involved in evaluating and implementing technology solutions designed to improve efficiency, collaboration, and defensibility throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Her litigation experience spans pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, and post-trial appellate proceedings. Jennifer assists in preparing pleadings, affidavits, discovery responses, trial exhibits, witness materials, and case evaluations while managing case calendars, deadlines, and litigation support functions. She has extensive experience managing construction-related documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), project correspondence, insurance documentation, and other project records that often become central to litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Haber Law, Jennifer worked at a defense litigation firm where she handled matters involving negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, dram shop/liquor liability, contract disputes, construction law, and complex business litigation.
