Jennifer Hollander is an associate attorney in Haber Law’s Complex Business Litigation and Construction Departments, where she represents clients in a broad range of civil disputes, including construction defect claims, commercial litigation, and actions involving breach of contract and negligence.

Prior to joining Haber Law, Jennifer practiced civil litigation at a Naples-based law firm, where she represented individuals, businesses, and homeowners’ and condominium associations. Her experience includes drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and arbitration proceedings, and assisting with trial and appellate matters. Notably, Jennifer served as second chair in a bench trial involving injunctive and declaratory relief, which resulted in a favorable judgment that was later affirmed by Florida’s Sixth District Court of Appeal.

Jennifer also has experience in land use and regulatory matters, including representing clients before municipal boards and governmental authorities on zoning and airport development issues. Jennifer recognizes that each client’s circumstances and objectives are unique and works to develop practical, effective strategies to achieve favorable outcomes, whether through litigation, negotiation, or advocacy outside of the courtroom.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, graduating in the top eight percent of her class and with a Certificate of Concentration in Environmental Law. During law school, she served as Articles & Symposia Editor of the Stetson Business Law Review and competed on Stetson’s Moot Court Board as a member of the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition team. She also served as a research assistant to Professor Royal Gardner, contributing research and editorial assistance to his book Waters of the United States: POTUS, SCOTUS, WOTUS, and the Politics of a National Resource, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Amanda Sansone, Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida. Jennifer received the National Order of the Scribes Award in recognition of her legal writing.

Before law school, Jennifer graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a minor in Spanish.
