Lori Vergara brings over 20 years of administrative experience to the firm in both corporate and real estate matters. She has experience in forming limited liability companies, corporation and partnerships in Florida, Delaware and other states. She has overseen due diligence for multiple types of corporate and real estate projects for purchasers, lenders and other investors. She has been involved with all stages of real estate closings from initial contract to post-closing.

Lori takes great pride in representing the firm’s clients and it is of upmost importance to her that the client is informed and satisfied through every step of the closing process.

Lori was born in Coral Gables, Florida and is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, and enjoys keeping herself entertained with all pop culture.
