Lori Vergara brings over 20 years of executive administrative experience and Real Estate transactions, including post-closing coordination, contract negotiations and preparation, and all aspects of representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and associations. Throughout her career, Lori has handled every type of real estate transaction and managed different teams for different projects, including New
Development Projects for developers, foreclosures and short sales, title examinations, closing coordination, loan modifications, title policies, and condominium conversions.

Lori takes great pride in representing the firm’s clients, making sure that they always are presented with the best protections in every transaction, and ensuring that whether representing the buyer or seller, they are getting the maximum return on their investment and making sure the client is informed and satisfied through every step of the closing.
