Marlin Perez brings over 30 years of paralegal experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings, title examination and insurance, closing coordination, contract negotiation and preparation. She represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers. During her career, Marlin has handled multiple classes of real estate including residential, warehouse, hotel, office, multi-family and condominium conversions and has overseen due diligence teams for various development projects.

Marlin makes it her job to ensure that the firm’s clients are well protected, well informed and satisfied through every step of the closing.

Marlin is a South Florida native and has proudly raised her family here. She is a graduate of Miami Dade College where she majored in business administration and graduated from their paralegal program. Marlin was previously involved in the Attorneys’ Title Fund Services Paralegal Affiliate Council among other organizations. She is bilingual and fully fluent in Spanish both oral and written.
