Christian A. Triay is an associate at Haber Law whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, and community association matters. He represents businesses, condominium associations, and individuals in a wide range of litigation while also serving as trusted counsel to condominium associations on their day-to-day governance and operational matters. Christian is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach, helping clients navigate legal challenges with sound judgment and a focus on achieving efficient, effective results.

Christian’s litigation practice encompasses complex business disputes, breach of contract claims, construction litigation, and condominium association disputes. He represents clients in both state and federal courts throughout Florida, guiding them through every stage of the litigation process.

Prior to joining Haber Law, Christian developed a diverse civil litigation practice representing insurance carriers in first-party property disputes involving residential and commercial properties across Florida. He also represented clients in complex construction defect litigation involving multimillion-dollar claims, providing him with valuable insight into the legal and practical issues that arise in high-stakes construction disputes.

During law school, Christian interned with the Seminole County Legal Aid Office, where he assisted in developing a guide for individuals seeking appointment as Guardian Advocates for persons with developmental disabilities. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of The ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, reflecting his commitment to leadership, legal scholarship, and excellence in advocacy.
