Christian A. Triay is an associate at Haber Law and is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He specializes in a range of complex business disputes, contractual disputes involving various individuals and corporate entities, partnership disputes, construction-related disputes, and condominium association disputes.

Prior to joining Haber Law, Christian garnered substantial experience in diverse areas of civil litigation. He commenced his career by litigating first-party property disputes on behalf of insurance carriers, handling cases involving both residential and commercial properties across the State of Florida. His work encompassed disputes in federal and state courts. Additionally, Christian has notable expertise in construction litigation, where he advocated for clients contending with construction defects exceeding multimillion-dollar claims.

During his time in law school, Christian interned at the Seminole County Legal Aid Office, contributing to the development of a guide for the application process to become a Guardian Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities. He also served as the Editor-in-Chief of The ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
