Matthew White, an associate attorney in Palm Beach at Haber Law, specializes in general commercial and civil litigation, with a strong focus on construction litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients, including community associations, property owners, design professionals, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers, handling both the prosecution and defense of construction defect, contract, and lien enforcement disputes.

Mr. White earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he concentrated on corporate law. During his time there, he served on the editorial board of the Stetson Business Law Review and was elected Vice President of the Business Law Society by his peers. He had the privilege of serving as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Kenneth A. Marra of the Southern District of Florida, as well as the Honorable Roberta A. Colton of the Middle District of Florida. His academic achievements include receiving the highest grade designation in Federal Pretrial Practice and being honored with the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his voluntary income tax assistance to low-income individuals and families.
