Amanda L. Gonzalez is an associate attorney at Haber Law. Amanda specializes her practice in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Specifically, Amanda represents condominium associations, homeowners, and property owners in matters concerning defective construction and design. Additionally, Amanda represents developers, contractors, owners, owner’s representatives, and community associations in a project administration capacity by negotiating and preparing construction agreements, professional design agreements, and developer agreements.

Ms. Gonzalez earned her Juris Doctor in 2021 from Florida International University. While at Florida International University, she was a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team, a member of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), a director on the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocacy Team, and treasurer of the Criminal Law Society. While at FIU Law, Amanda also interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University. Amanda is also a proud Miami native and fluent in Spanish.
