Ashley Fox is a distinguished real estate attorney and Miami native who specializes in commercial and residential transactional law. With a robust background in the legal field, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her clients.
Before focusing on real estate law, Ashley worked extensively in the condominium construction consulting sector. In this role, she built strong relationships with clients and vendors, developing a deep understanding of the industry’s intricacies. She was instrumental in identifying profitable business strategies, directing marketing efforts, and negotiating vendor and client contracts. Ashley also served as legal counsel for a prominent restaurant group with locations in Miami Beach, Palm Beach, and Tampa, where she provided legal advice on a variety of topics, including employment law, litigation, compliance, corporate finance, contract negotiation, and lease negotiation.
As a real estate attorney, Ashley specializes in both commercial and residential transactional law, representing buyers, owners, developers, lenders, and brokers involved in real estate throughout South Florida. Her comprehensive approach and dedication to her clients ensure successful and smooth transactions. She prides herself on providing exceptional service.
Ashley is admitted to The Florida Bar and the Southern District of Florida Federal Bar. She is an Attorney Member of Attorney’s Title Fund, allowing her to perform title searches, issue title insurance policies, and conduct residential and commercial real estate closings. Ashley holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Tufts University in Medford, MA.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing piano, and freediving around the world.
