D. Jefferson Davis is Of Counsel in the Condominium and Community Association practice at Haber Law. Mr. Davis has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in condominium and homeowner association law, real estate matters, residential foreclosure proceedings, business litigation, and title-related services for investors.
Mr. Davis advises community associations, property owners, and real estate stakeholders on a range of legal matters involving association governance, real estate transactions, dispute resolution, and foreclosure-related issues. His practice also includes assisting clients with complex real estate and title matters and providing strategic guidance to investors and property owners navigating transactional and litigation-related challenges.
A third-generation Winter Park resident, Mr. Davis earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice before The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Davis is also a Florida Certified Circuit and County Mediator and holds a Florida Real Estate License.
Mr. Davis is active in several professional organizations, including the The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and its Condominium and Planned Development Committee, the Orange County Bar Association, Central Florida Realty Investors, and the Community Associations Institute Central Florida Chapter.
Mr. Davis has received numerous professional recognitions, including being named to Florida Trend Legal Elite, Super Lawyers, Orlando Style Magazine Attorneys of the Year, and Lawyers of Distinction. He has also been recognized among America’s Most Honored Lawyers – Top 5%, named one of the American Institute of Legal Counsel’s 10 Best Real Estate Attorneys, and holds an Avvo Top Lawyer rating (2017–2025). In 2025, he was also a Gold Level winner of the Florida Community Association Journal Readers’ Choice Awards.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Davis enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of Florida’s outdoor lifestyle, including fishing, boating, hunting, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
