How Dan Helps Clients

Dan brings over 20 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate transactions, including commercial and residential title insurance, closing coordination, contract negotiations and preparation, and all aspects of representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and associations. Dan is a licensed Title Agent with the Florida Department of Financial Services, a Masters of Business Administration, a Bachelors in International Relations from Florida International University, and has held mortgage broker and real estate sales licenses in the state of Florida. Throughout his career, Dan has handled every type of real estate transaction and managed different teams for different projects, including New Development Projects for developers, foreclosures and short sales, title examinations, closing coordination, loan modifications, title policies, and condominium conversions.

Dan takes great pride in representing the firm’s clients, making sure that they always are presented with the best protections in every transaction, and ensuring that whether representing the buyer or seller, they are getting the maximum return on their investment and making sure the client is informed and satisfied through every step of the closing. Dan takes great pride in making sure he is always available to address the clients’ questions or concerns, and provide the best solutions, guidance, and service that only someone with his training and experience can provide.

Outside the Office

Dan loves spending time with his family and travelling the world, having the privilege of visiting over 30 different countries throughout his life and counting. Dan enjoys reading about history, philosophy, psychology, and his encyclopedic knowledge of random information make him insufferable when playing trivia games. Dan also has an affinity for foreign languages, being fluent in English and Spanish as well conversational Portuguese, French, and Italian.
