In this capacity, she oversaw creditor/servicer representation within the firm’s Puerto Rico Foreclosure Division. Her responsibilities covered the entire spectrum of collections, bankruptcy, eviction, title, litigation, appeals, and compliance matters in both state and federal courts. Additionally, Ms. Cortijo represented clients before the Puerto Rico Appellate and Supreme Courts.
