Miranda Nicolosi is an associate who specializes in complex business litigation with a focus on contract disputes, business torts, and real estate litigation. Miranda represents corporations, professionals, and individuals through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal. Recognized for her strategic insight and commitment to client advocacy, Miranda crafts tailored legal solutions to address each client’s specific objectives.

While attending undergraduate school at Florida State University, Miranda interned at the Florida Supreme Court. She went on to graduate cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Miranda is intentional about seeking opportunities to build her skills and was honored as a 2025 Counsel to Counsel Graduate of the Florida Bar for achieving early-career milestones in community involvement and the creation of meaningful lawyer-client relationships.
