Nico J. Piscopo is an associate attorney at Haber Law who specializes in complex construction litigation.  In his current practice, he has successfully represented condominium associations, building owners, construction companies, and developers in state and federal court.  With a background in criminal, commercial, and insurance-coverage litigation, he finds unique and efficient solutions to resolve litigation. Additionally, with his trial experience and pre-litigation negotiation skills, he can meet a wide range of client needs.

Mr. Piscopo earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, with honors. While at UCONN Law, he won mock trial and negotiations competitions, published three papers, and graduated as the President of the Mock Trial Society. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Connecticut and Florida. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, playing chess, poker, baseball, and a variety of other sports.
