Yaimy Palacios is a Florida Registered Paralegal in the Construction Practice Group at Haber Law. She has over 15 years of experience in complex litigation, including commercial disputes, construction law, torts, medical malpractice, and product liability. Throughout her career, Yaimy has played a key role in trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration, and her background in psychology provides valuable insight into jury selection and character analysis.

Yaimy holds a B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University and an A.A. in Paralegal Studies. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Florida and is proficient in platforms such as Relativity, Westlaw, and LexisNexis. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she communicates effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Outside of work, Yaimy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and maintaining a consistent fitness routine that keeps her focused, energized, and balanced.
