Gutman’s practice focuses on a wide range of litigation matters including disputes for businesses at every stage of their life cycle, complex commercial litigation cases, business fraud, real estate litigation, partnership disputes, and litigation specific to owners and condominium associations under Florida’s Condominium Act. She has represented owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in negotiating agreements for both residential and commercial projects and litigating issues stemming from these agreements.
A Miami native, Ariella has close ties to her community and is invested in the growth of Miami as an international business hub. Her main goal is to provide clients with zealous, efficient, and thoughtful advocacy to achieve favorable results. She holds a leadership role in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation as a Member of the Women’s Initiative Committee which awards grants to local organizations that inspire and empower women and girls through their programing.
