Jonathan S. Goldstein is a Martindale Hubbell “AV” rated partner at Haber Law. His practice areas include Condominium and Homeowners Association (HOA) law, commercial litigation and construction litigation. Mr. Goldstein is Board Certified in the area of Condominium and Planned Development Law, a distinction bestowed upon a select group of attorneys recognized as being specialists in this practice area by the Florida Bar. Mr. Goldstein has represented community associations in all facets of general representation and collections, including but not limited to turnover and construction-related disputes, covenant enforcement, amendment drafting, meeting attendance, arbitration before the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobiles Homes, lien foreclosures, and corporate governance. He also handles various types of commercial, real estate, landlord and tenant, and construction litigation matters.

Jonathan has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the 2024 Florida edition of Super Lawyer’s Magazine, having previously been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 editions, and as an “Up and Comer” in the 2010 edition of Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” publication. In addition, Jonathan is recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” in 2023 and 2024 for his work in Community Association Law. He has also been a lecturer and panelist for attorney continuing legal education credit. Mr. Goldstein is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section Condominium and Planned Development Committee, and also serves as a founding co-chair of the Miami-Dade Bar Association Condominium Law Committee. He is also a charitable contributor at the Young Founder level for the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation.
