Some condominium buyers paying for Miami’s most luxurious high-rise are dragging the Aston Martin Residences’ developer to court and suing him for fraud.

The condominium association of the Aston Martin Residences Miami filed a lawsuit against the building’s developer, seeking at least $5 million for alleged self-dealing in contracts for the condo’s operations.

“I’ve never seen this level of arrogance by a developer, such brazen self-dealing, “David Haber, an attorney representing the condo association, told the Miami Herald in an interview.

It is a branded building that is supposed to be held to some standards that go with the Aston Martin brand.
